Movement requests are available exclusively through an email-verified Pilot Access account. This protects genuine pilots, keeps every request linked to a real profile and helps TheGroundCrew avoid false long-distance callouts.

Use either your account email or airline/operator work email and enter the six-digit code.

Submit your real movement window.
Enter arrival, departure or both without fixed appointment slots.

Enable Priority Review.
A verified airline/operator work email places future requests in the Priority Review queue.

Movement security: Newcastle Williamtown, Sydney, Cessnock and Maitland requests are supported. Sydney coverage requires Priority Review or independent confirmation before TheGroundCrew commits to travel.
